Surprise!

Abby is quite a social butterfly and loves people. She is always going around giving hugs and chatting, especially to the little old ladies at church. One of our church's members is a pharmacist at the local Walmart and each and every time we go by the pharmacy there she wants to go see if he's there and at least wave to him if he is.


I never realized this had such an impact on him, but on Easter Sunday, he did the announcements during service and surprised her by sharing with the whole congregation how she always comes to see him at work and then called her up on the platform and had everyone sing Happy Birthday to her! She blushed several shades of pink, but she loved it and gave him, of course, a great big hug afterward.
